Graduating students with zero to three years of experience are eligible to participate in the program.The program blends “at-the-face” work experiences that focus on the operational requirements specific to each mine site, with both technical and leadership learning objectives that reflect the company’s best-in-class engineering standards. The learning requirements are tied to specific roles & responsibilities (for each function) and can lead to advancement in technical and leadership roles within our global organization.The program helps you develop your knowledge and skills and achieve your full potential. Beyond the training, the program provides a network of people with whom you can exchange knowledge, build skills, and gain from each other’s experiences. You will have the opportunity to meet supervisors, mentors, and regional senior managers who will provide insight and guidance to help you in your career.
