Within the Heart of Gold Fund’s areas of focus, we strive to create opportunities for employee engagement and for contributing to economic and social development in the communities where our employees live and work. For example, for the last two years employees in Toronto and other Barrick offices have participated in the Barrick Build Day with Habitat for Humanity to help build homes for families in need.
