Effective June 15, 1992, dividends are declared in USD. All dividend payments up to and including January 15, 1992, were paid in CAD.

Shareholders with an address in Canada will be paid in CAD; shareholders with an address in Australia will be paid in AUD; all other addresses will be paid in USD.

Shareholders may elect to change the currency of payment by contacting either the Transfer Agent (for registered shareholders) or the broker through which their shares are held.
